Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Pure Balance OT, PLLC, we value your time and appreciate your commitment to your wellness journey. This policy helps ensure appointment availability for all clients while respecting the time reserved for each session.

Scheduling

Appointments may be booked online or directly through Pure Balance OT.

Appointments are confirmed once payment (if required) has been successfully processed.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.

Appointments may be rescheduled based on availability.

Cancellations

Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled or refunded, at the discretion of Pure Balance OT.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the session may be considered forfeited and no refund will be provided.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your virtual session, your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delaying other clients.

Whenever possible, we will make reasonable efforts to use the remaining appointment time effectively.

Technical Issues

Emotion Code sessions are conducted virtually.

If technical difficulties occur on our end, we will gladly reschedule your session at no additional cost.

If technical difficulties occur on the client's end, we will make reasonable efforts to reconnect and complete the session. If this is not possible, the remaining session time may be rescheduled at our discretion.

Refunds

Because appointment times are reserved specifically for each client, refunds are generally not provided after services have been completed.

If you believe there has been an error with your payment or appointment, please contact us so we can work toward a fair resolution.

Practitioner Discretion

Pure Balance OT reserves the right to make reasonable exceptions to this policy when circumstances warrant.
