At Pure Balance OT, care begins with understanding your child as a whole—their strengths, challenges, routines, environment, and the areas of daily life that matter most to your family.
From there, we'll create an individualized plan and determine the level of support that best fits your child's needs.
Start With a Comprehensive OT Evaluation
Your evaluation includes:
-Parent/caregiver interview
-Occupational profile
-Individualized assessment/standardized testing
-Review of functional strengths and concerns
-Written evaluation with findings and recommendations
-Results and next-steps discussion
Comprehensive Occupational Therapy Evaluation — $495
Every child starts with an evaluation so we can get a clear picture of your child’s strengths, challenges, daily routines, and areas where additional support may be helpful.
We'll look at the areas where your child may need support, which may include: daily routines, fine motor skills, sensory needs, attention, emotional regulation, independence, and participation at home, school, and in the community.
After the evaluation, you'll receive an individualized report outlining the findings, recommendations, and suggested next steps.
If ongoing OT is recommended, we'll create an individualized plan and determine whether the 3- or 6-month program is the best fit.
A comprehensive evaluation is required before beginning an ongoing OT program.

A focused period of one-on-one occupational therapy for children who may benefit from support in specific areas of everyday life.

12 Weekly 1:1 OT sessions
An individualized treatment plan based on your child's evaluation
Personalized activities and strategies to use between sessions
An OT starter kit with materials selected to support your child's program
Parent guidance and ongoing communication
Progress monitoring throughout the program
End-of-program progress review and recommendations
3 months of individualized support
The Pure Balance Journey- 6 months
More time to build, practice, and carry new skills into everyday life.
$5,555 paid in full
or 6 monthly payments of $950
More time for children who may benefit from consistent support across multiple areas, more complex goals, or additional time to build and carry over new skills.

24 Weekly 1:1 OT sessions
An individualized treatment plan based on your child's evaluation

Support That Goes Beyond the Session
The goal is to help our progress carry into the moments that matter most.
Your child's OT program is designed around their individual goals, with weekly one-on-one sessions focused on building skills that support participation in everyday life.
But our work doesn't stop when the session ends. You'll receive personalized strategies to use between visits, ongoing guidance and communication, and selected therapy materials through your child's OT starter kit.
We'll monitor progress throughout the program and adjust our approach as your child's needs, skills, and goals evolve.
An Optional Integrative Wellness Experience
At Pure Balance, supporting the whole child can include making space for emotional well-being, too.
Families who are interested may choose to reserve a brief portion at the end of their child's session for a separate, optional emotional wellness experience using the Emotion Code® approach.
This experience is completely optional and is separate from your child's occupational therapy treatment.

Private Pay With Out-of-Network Options
You may still be able to use your insurance benefits.
Pure Balance OT is a private-pay practice, which means we do not bill commercial insurance directly.
Families pay for services at the time of care and may choose to seek reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits.
If your plan includes out-of-network occupational therapy benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. Upon request, Pure Balance OT can provide a superbill with the information needed to submit a claim to your insurance company.
Because every insurance plan is different, reimbursement is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact their insurance provider before beginning services to learn about their specific out-of-network benefits.

Pure Balance OT is a private-pay practice and does not bill commercial insurance directly. If your plan includes out-of-network occupational therapy benefits, a superbill can be provided upon request for you to submit for possible reimbursement.

Yes. The 3-month program can be paid in three monthly payments of $900, and the 6-month program can be paid in six monthly payments of $850. Additional financing options may also be available.

We'll review your child's progress and discuss recommendations for next steps. Depending on your child's needs, this may include completing OT, continuing with home strategies, or discussing whether additional occupational therapy would be beneficial.
